Shinrin Yoku or “forest bathing” is a Japanese wellness practice that involves consciously immersing yourself in nature to reduce stress and regain calm. At Camping Ribamar we organise these sessions with Zoë D. Lorek, who chooses Ribamar every year for its unique setting.
