Rights of Data Subjects
CAMPING RILAMAR S.L. informs Users that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, portability, and objection regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling), by contacting the Data Controller; they may also withdraw any consent previously given.
- Right of Access: This is the user’s right to obtain confirmation as to whether their data is being processed and, if so, the specific personal data being processed and the legal information regarding the processing (purposes, legal basis, retention periods, transfers, data source, etc.).
- Right of Rectification: This is the right of the data subject to have data modified if it is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. With regard to the website, this right can only be exercised concerning information under the website’s control—for example, by removing comments, images, or web content published on the site itself that contains the user’s personal data.
- Right to restriction of processing: This is the right to have the purposes of processing—originally envisaged by the data controller—restricted in certain circumstances.
- Right to Erasure: This is the right to have the user’s personal data erased, subject to the exceptions provided for in the GDPR itself (freedom of expression and information, retention obligations, the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, etc.).
- Right to Portability: The right to receive the personal data provided by the user in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller when the processing is based on consent or the performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means.
- Right to Object: This is the user’s right to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have such processing by the website stopped when the processing is based on legitimate interest or public interest, or in the case of direct marketing activities.
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling: When processing is not necessary for entering into or performing a contract, nor authorized by European Union or Member State law, nor based on consent, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing—including profiling—which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
- Right to withdraw consent: For any processing based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and free of charge. To exercise any of the data protection rights described above, you must follow the instructions below:
Submission of a written request to the address: Partida Ribamar s/n, 12579
ALCOSSEBRE (CASTELLÓN) (Attn: CAMPING RIBAMAR S.L.) or via email to info@campingribamar.com.
The written request submitted by the personal data subject (the interested party) seeking to exercise their rights must take the following into account:
o The requester must provide reliable identification; should any doubts arise regarding the requester’s identity, they will be asked to rectify or supplement the request (e.g., by providing further information such as their national ID number, a copy of their ID document, the email address previously provided, etc.).
o The request may be submitted by a representative—whether legal or voluntary—provided they are duly identified and authorized by the data subject (via express authorization from the subject to exercise the highly personal rights regulated under personal data protection laws).
o A statement specifying the request (i.e., the right(s) the party wishes to exercise). If the request does not refer to a specific processing activity, the response will cover all processing activities involving the subject’s personal data. If information regarding a specific processing activity is requested, only information concerning that activity will be provided. If the request is made by telephone, the party will be instructed to submit it in writing and informed of the procedure and the destination address; information will never be provided over the phone.
o A postal or email address for notification purposes.
o Supporting documentation for the request, where necessary.
o The requester must use a method that provides proof of both the sending and receipt of the request. Finally, please be advised that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) should you become aware of, or believe that, an event may constitute a breach of applicable data protection regulations.
